Notes:- 
Members taking part in a race during any series (Spring, Summer & Autumn), are required to cover a minimum of  TWO duties in that series (Max subject to requirements - may be drawn if required).
Junior Members taking part in racing are required to cover ONE RO duty per series (Spring & Autumn) & ONE RO or SB duty per Summer series.
Members taking part in any Trophy Race are required to cover ONE trophy race duty per season.
Members, Full & Junior, taking part in the "Stand Alone Series' - Easter, Friday & Gala" are required to cover a minimum of ONE duty per series (Max subject to requirements - may be drawn if required)
Members, Full & Junior, taking part in the "Saturday organised sailing / power boat training" are required to cover a minimum of ONE Saturday duty per season. 
Members taking part in the Catamaran / Dinghy Event Racing are required to cover duties in the reciprocal event during the season.
Members, Full & Junior, not covering / failing to show for their requisite duty requirements during a series (Spring, Summer & Autumn) will have ALL of their results removed from that series.
Members not covering / failing to show for their requisite Trophy Race duty requirements during a season will have ALL of their Trophy Race results recorded DNS.
Members not covering duty requirements in the reciprical "Open" event during a season will not be able to enter ANY MBSC "Open" event until they have covered their missing duty requirement.
Names supplied for duties will reflect the number of crew on a boat, if a Member sails a crewed boat during any series/trophy race,two names will be required for all series/trophy duties.
Members unable to fulfill their duty requirements through extenuating circumstances MUST contact the Sailing Committee detailing the circumstances in writing prior to the end of the series / season.
Members, Full & Junior, failing to assist in recovering the Safety Boat(s) may have their result(s) recorded as DSQ subject to Sailing Committee decision.
